I am in the process of a joinery and fireplace project. Seems hard to get my head around given it is so hot right now in Sydney, but in reality it is the perfect time to get it done, so it is well and truly ready for when the cooler months roll around.
There are a few components to this fireplace project and I thought I would break it down into small chunks because it might help you if you every go down this road in your own home.
Read MoreRight now I have a project in the works for a little girl’s bedroom. I enjoy working on kids rooms and I always look forward to hearing what the child wants to have included in their room. Some of the requests are hilarious and gorgeous at the same time. It’s then my job to include these requests in an aesthetically pleasing way….putting it nicely.
Read Morepopped into my favourite local second hand shop the other day to have poke around. I often go without looking for anything in particular, just to see what I can find. One thing I feel like I can always come away with from these visits is vintage art. I really like the frames the paintings are often in and I also love the paintings themselves.
